COUNCIL BILL NO, 54

AN ACT to add Section 18.224(c) to Title 18, "Public
Works," subtitle "Public Utilities," of Howard
County Code, to enlarge the Metropolitan District
of Howard County, pursuant to Section 18.201 of
the Howard County Code; in order to incorporate
certain lands belonging to Theodore C. Mintz and
Lea J. Mintz, Juanita B. McIntosh, [[Robert W.
Douglas and waiter H. Jacobs, A. H. Young, Jr.,
Inc.,]] Hazel A. Duncan and Beverley Abers
O'Neill, [[Steven C. Provenza,]] William M.
Zeltman and Alice M. Zeltman; the said property
owners being the Petitioners.
