HOWARD COUNTY

the Howard County Code; in order to incorporate
the locality known as "Atholton Manor," a
subdivision recorded among the Land Records of
Howard County, and the contiguous property owned
by Luther E. Justis.

WHEREAS, this Act is made pursuant     to Section

18.201 of the Howard County Code; the   Metropolitan

District may be enlarged by acts of     the County
Council.

WHEREAS, on March 10, 1972, a petition was
submitted to the Director of Public Works entitled
"Petition to the County Council to Incorporate
Contiguous Parcels of Land into the Metropolitan
District," the same being a petition signed by the
owners of 51 lots of the recorded Subdivision of
Atholton Manor and one lot contiguous to said
subdivision owned by Luther E. Justis.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY     COUNCIL

OF HOWARD COUNTY COUNTY, MARYLAND, That     Section

18.244(b) be and is hereby added to Title 18     of the

Howard County Code, title "Public Works,"   subtitle
"Public Utilities," to read as follows:

18.244

(B)

ADDITIONS TO METROPOLITAN DISTRICT.

THAT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED AND REFERRED TO
SUBDIVISION AND PARCEL SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE
METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AS OF JULY 1, 1972.

(1) BEING ALL THE RECORDED LOTS OF THE
SUBDIVISION OF ATHOLTON MANOR AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT
RECORDS OF HOWARD COUNTY IN PLAT BOOKS AS FOLLOWS:
