Section 2.     AND, BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY     THE

COUNTY COUNCIL     OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that   this

Act shall become   effective sixty (60) days after     its
enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on October 11,
1972.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 52

AN ACT to add new Section 19.200 of Title 19 of the
Howard County Code, Title "Recreation and Parks,"
to follow immediately after Title 18 thereof and
to be under the new subtitle 2, [["Notice of
Capital Budget Projects." Providing that the
owners will be notified whose property is to
taken by the County under the Department of
Recreation and Parks Capital Budget.]] "Notice
of Proposed Annual Recreation and Parks Capital

Program providing that owners of__property__which

is included in the current fiscal year's Capital

Program," of the Department__of__Recreation__and

Parks__will be notified__by the__Department of

Recreation and Parks prior to the submission of
their proposed Capital Program to the Planning
Board and generally relating thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF HOWARD COUNTY COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section
19.200 of Title 19 be and is hereby added to the
Howard County Code, Title "Recreation and Parks," to
follow immediately after Title 18 thereof and to be
under new subtitle 2, "Capital Budget Project," and to
read as follows:
