IN EXEMPT SERVICE.

NOTE: Upon recommendation of the
Executive, the Council may, by Legislative
action, establish additional exempt
positions.

Section 2.     AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE

COUNTY COUNCIL     OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, That this

Act shall take     effect sixty (60) days after its
enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on June 7,
1972.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 44

AH ACT to add new Section 18.700 of title 18 of the
Howard County Code Title "Public Works" to
following immediately after subtitle 6 thereof
and to be under the new subtitle 7 entitled
"Fees" of said title. Providing for a fee
schedule to cover the costs for review of
subdivision plans for construction of roads and
storm drainage systems and actual inspection
costs of road and storm drainage construction and
generally relating thereto.
