submit such plans and analyses
through the normal budgetary
processes prior to any further
action with respect to such

for the purpose of providing 300
parking spaces more or less to
be used and controlled
exclusively by the State.
Preliminary plans are to be
approved by the Board of Public
Works upon the
recommendation of the
Departments of General Services
and State Planning. The Board
of Public Works may determine
the conditions for use of these
spaces. The appropriation is
contingent upon the execution of
an agreement approved by the
Board of Public Works between
the State and Anne Arundel
County granting to the State
ownership or the equivalent of
300 parking spaces more or less
