COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That subsection (j) of
Section 17—37 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968,
title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic," Article IV.
Parking Meters, be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted with amendments to read as follows:

(j) Pikesville District, being that area bound
on the west by a line [one hundred twenty—five] FIVE
HUNDRED feet west of Reisterstown Road, on the north
by the north property line of Old Court Road
RELOCATED, on the east by [the east property line of
Reisterstown Road] A LINE FIVE HUNDRED FEET EAST OF
REISTERSTOWN ROAD and on the south by the [south
property line of Clarendon Avenue] BALTIMORE
CITY—BALTIMORE COUNTY BOUNDARY LINE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect forty—five days after its
enactment.

AN ACT to provide that the Director of Public Works
review plans for street lighting facilities in
subdivisions, by repealing and re—enacting with
amendments subsection (c) of Section 22—34 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, title "Planning,
Zoning and Subdivision Control," Article IV.
Subdivision Control Generally.
