ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

"Residential Districts", Heading, "General
Provisions", Subheading, "RA — Agricultural Resi-
dential Districts", and "R1 — Residential Districts",
Article VI, "Special Districts", Heading, "DD -
Deferred Development Districts", respectively, be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13—303.2. Special Exceptions.

The following special exceptions shall be
permitted in RA — Agricultural Residential Districts,
SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XI OF THIS
SUBTITLE:

(1)    Abattoirs.

(2)    Airports and airfields.

(3)    Animal hospitals.

(4)    Cemeteries.

(5)    Child care homes.

(6)    Heliport and helipad.

(7)    Horses and ponies on twenty thousand
(20,000) square foot lot.

(8)    Kennels.

(9)    Mobile home parks.

(10)   Planned unit development.

(11)   Public utilities and uses.

(12)   Recreactional camp grounds (commercial).

(13)   Recreational facilities (commercial)

(14)   Rifle, pistol, skeet and archery ranges.

(15)   Sand, gravel, clay or borrow pits.

(16)   SANITARY LANDFILLS.

Section 13-304.1

(2) All uses set forth in section 13-303.2
except heliports, kennels, [and] sand, gravel, borrow
and clay pits AND SANITARY LANDFILLS.

Section 13—320.2. Special Exceptions.

(a)         The following special exceptions shall be

permitted      in DD — Deferred Development Districts,

SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XI OF THIS
SUBTITLE:

(1)    Amusement enterprises not including
any permanent structures.

(2)    Outdoor drive—in theatres.

(3)    Public utilities and uses.
