SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
any provision of this Ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
Ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
Bills Nos. 155-72, 156-72, 157-72, and 158-72 become
law, then this Ordinance shall take effect forty—five
(45) days from the date it becomes law, only to the
extent that the provisions thereof take effect in each
tax assessment district, on a district by district
basis, when the comprehensive zoning maps are adopted
and become effective in each of said tax assessment
districts; and if said Bills do not become law, then
the Ordinance shall be null and void and of no force
and effect.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-306.1 (a) (2A) ,
13-306.2(8) and 13-306.2A to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
13, "Planning and Zoning," Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations," Article III, "Residential
Districts," Heading, "R5 — Residential
Districts," respectively to follow immediately
after Sections 13-306.1 (a) (2) , 13-306.2(7) and
13—3 06.2 thereof, and to repeal and re—enact,
with amendments, Section 13—306.1(a)(3) of said
Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Heading, AND
TO REPEAL SECTION 13-306.1(B)(7) OF SAID CODE,
TITLE, SUBTITLE, ARTICLE AND HEADING,
respectively to revise the zoning regulations for
R5—Residential Districts to permit churches and
ancillary uses, to permit townhouses and dwelling
unit complexes in Cluster Developments, to
