PROPERTY FROM R2 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND C1B -
COMMUNITY RETAIL DISTRICT TO W3 - HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING ON THE FOURTH LINE OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED
