CHANGE THE PORT OWENS PROPERTY FROM MB -
MARITIME GROUP B DISTRICT TO MC - MARITIME GROUP C
DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEING ALL OF THAT AREA OF RECOMMENDED ZONING 7-MB-3
FOP THE NORTHERN THIRD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING MAPS FOR ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY,
SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM AN AREA RUNNING
PARALLEL TO AND 100 FEET FROM THE NORTHERN AND EASTERN
BOUNDARIES OF SAID RECOMMENDED ZONE.

(11)    MAPS NOS. Y12 AND Y13 BE, AND THEY ARE
HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING
DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS AS "(A6 + D24)":
