that part of Map No. U13 lying within the northern

Maps Nos. D1D and V14 lying within the northern
portion of the Third Assessment District north of the
centerline of the Magothy River; Maps Nos. W14, X14,

approved and adopted, as hereinafter amended.
(1) MAP NO. Y13 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP
AS "(A1)":
CHANGE THE FREDERICK HERBE PROPERTY FROM R2
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C1A - NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: BEING A PIECE OF PROPERTY IN THE SOUTHWEST
