and the existing zoning laws and maps repealed; and

WHEREAS, certain technical problems relating to
the implementation of said Subtitle have made it
desirable for new zoning regulations and maps to
become effective on a district by district basis, as
said comprehensive zoning maps are adopted in each
assessment district; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That the
Comprehensive Zoning Maps for the northern portion of
the Third Assessment District (being that part of Maps
Nos. R3 and U3 lying within the northern portion of
the Third Assessment District; that part of Maps Nos.
R4, S4 and T4 lying within the northern portion of the
Third Assessment District; Map No. U4; that part of
Map No. R5 lying within the northern portion of the
Third Assessment District; Maps Nos. S5, T5 and U5,
inclusive; that part of Map No. R6 lying within the
northern portion of the Third Assessment District;
Maps Nos. S6, T6, U6 and V6, inclusive; that part of
Maps Nos. Q7 and R7 lying within the northern portion
of the Third Assessment District; Maps Nos. S7, T7,
U7, V7, W7 and Y7, inclusive; that part of Maps Nos.
N8, 08, P8 and Q8 lying within the northern portion of
the Third Assessment District; Maps Nos. R8, S8, T8,
08, W8, X8 and Y8, inclusive; that part of Maps Nos.
N9 and 09 lying within the northern portion of the
Third Assessment District; Maps Nos. P9, Q9, R9, S9,
T9, U9, V9, W9, X9, Y9, Z9 and AA9, inclusive; that
part of Maps Nos. N10 and 010 lying within the
northern portion of the Third Assessment District;
Maps Nos. P10, Q10, R10, S10, T10, U10, V10, W10, X10,
Y10, Z10, AA10 and BB10, inclusive; that part of Maps
Nos. N11 and 011 lying within the Third Assessment
District; Map No. P11; that part of Map No. Q11 lying
within the northern portion of the Third Assessment
District north of the centerline of Obrecht Road; that
part of Map No. R11 lying within the northern portion
of the Third Assessment District north of the
centerline of the western branch of the Magothy River;
Maps Nos. S11, T11, U11, V11, W11, X11, Y11, Z11 and
AA11, inclusive; that part of Maps Nos. 012 and P12
lying within the northern portion of the Third
