GENERAL WORK EXPERIENCE; OR ANY EQUIVALENT COMBINATION
OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

Section 1 of Bill No. 81—67, as last amended by
Bill No. 17—72, legalizing Supplement No. 11,
12-71 to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition), as prepared and published by the Michie
City Publications Company, Charlottesville,
Virginia, and making it evidence of the law of
Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 1 of
Bill No. 81-67, as last amended by Bill No. 17-72,
be, and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Supplements
"1-67" [,"9-67", "9-68", "No. 4, 6-69", "No. 5,
