(12)  Strike all of Subsection 126.52, captioned
"Method of Decision", and insert the following new
Subsection 126.52 in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section so repealed, to read as follows:

"126.52 METHOD OF DECISION: THE REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIRECTOR
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS FOR HIS
REVIEW AND APPROVAL. SAID DECISION MAY BE APPEALED BY
THE OWNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
3-208 [[(12)]] (13) OF THIS SUBTITLE."

(13)   Strike all of Sections 127.1 through 127.6,
inclusive, and insert the following Section 127.1 in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the sections so
repealed, and to read as follows:

"127.1 APPLICATION FOR APPEAL. WITHIN
THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR OF
INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS, ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED THEREBY
MAY FILE A NOTICE OF APPEAL WITH THE COUNTY BOARD OF
APPEALS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 25A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE
OF MARYLAND, AND ARTICLE A VI OF THE CHARTER OF ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY (AND ANY ORDINANCE, RULES OR
REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT THERETO)."
