COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

S20 BE, AND THEY ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID

AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS AS "(G-10 AND

H-23) ";

CHANGE THE EMMITT W. BRANDT AND EVA GUDE BRANDT

AND MERBRAND PROPERTIES FROM RA - AGRICULTURAL

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND OS - OPEN SPACE DISTRICT TO

R1 - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING

DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING AIL OF THAT PROPERTY OWNED

BY EMMITT W. BRANDT AND THE MERBBAND CORP, AND

RECORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY,

MARYLAND, LIBER 729, FOLIO 120 AND LIBER 2097, FOLIO

283 RESPECTIVELY. A PARCEL OF LAND BINDING ON BOTH
