38 1/2 PERCH LINE OF A CONVEYANCE FROM EVALIN SELLMAN

AND__RICHARD, HER HUSBAND, TO EMILY W. CHASE BY DEED

DATED DECEMBER 8, 1889 AND RECORDED AMONG LAND RECORDS
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, LIBER G.W. 8, FOLIO 280 THENCE

LEAVING SAID CENTER LINE OF SAID W.B. & A. RAILROAD

RIGHT OF WAY AND RUNNING FROM PLACE OF BEGINNING SO

FIXED AND WITH OUTLINE OF ABOVE-MENTIONED CONVEYANCE

TO SLAMA AND OUTLINE OF CONVEYANCE TO CHASE, ETC. AS

THENCE RUNNING WITH CENTER LINE OF THE RAILROAD RIGHT

OF WAY S 31 13 20 E 402.48 FEET TO THE PLACE OF

BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.0 ACRES MORE OR LESS.

(12) MAP NO. T 23 BE AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS

FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID__MAP
