AN ACT to add new Section 614 to the Code of Public
Local laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970
Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent
County", subtitle "County Commissioners", to
follow immediately after Section 613 thereof, to
provide for the creation of a public drainage
association in Kent County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new
Section 614 be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and
1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County",
subtitle "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 613 thereof and to read as follows:

614. (A) THE KENT COUNTY PUBLIC DRAINAGE ASSOCIATION
IS HEREBY CREATED. IT SHALL HAVE FIVE MEMBERS
APPOINTED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO SERVE FOR
