AN ACT to add new Section 205 A to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970
Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent
County", subtitle "County Commissioners", to
follow immediately after Section 205 thereof, to
provide for the payment of an expense allowance
to the Treasurer by the Board of County
Commissioners.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new
Section 205 A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and
1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County",
subtitle "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 205 thereof and to read as follows:

205 A. THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY ARE
HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO PAY EACH AND EVERY
YEAR TO THE TREASURER, UP TO FIFTEEN HUNDRED
($1500.00) DOLLARS AS AN ALLOWANCE FOR GENERAL
EXPENSES OF THE TREASURER. THESE EXPENSES SHALL BE
PAID ON THE SUBMISSION OF VOUCHERS THEREFOR TO, AND
AFTER APPROVAL BY, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY,
MARYLAND, That this Act shall take effect on the 19th
day of May, 1972.
