CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 4-71

By this Resolution, the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Luke,
Maryland, deleted from its Charter the following Section 10. This amendment was
made in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Annotated Code of
Maryland:

[10. (Bridges) To erect and maintain bridges.]

And be it further resolved, that on March 20, 1972, in regular session, the
Council passed unanimously the above resolution.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 5-71

By this Resolution, the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Luke,
Maryland, deleted from its Charter the following Section 12. This amendment was
made in accordance with the requirements as stated in the Annotated Code of
Maryland:

[12. (Cemeteries) To regulate or prohibit the interment of bodies within the Town
and to regulate cemeteries.]

And be it further resolved, that on March 20, 1972, in regular session, the
Council passed unanimously the above resolution.
