2270                                    MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

e. That each of the following owners will, upon demand of the Town of
Hampstead, convey to the said Town a parcel of their land, containing one-half
acre, more or less, Said parcels to be used as a source of additional water for the
municipal water system. Carroll County General Hospital, Inc., Earl W. Schultz,
Leonard Rapoport and Yale Goldman.

And be it further RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become effective on
the 46th day following its final enactment.

Introduced this 22nd day of April, 1972.

I hereby certify that the above Resolution was advertised in the Carroll Record,
a newspaper of general circulation within the Town of Hampstead and the area to
be annexed in its issues of May 4, 11, 18 and 25, 1972.
