2268                                     MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

part reversely on the first or North 87 degrees 04 minutes West 62.25 foot line of
the land which by deed dated October 17, 1951, and recorded among the Land
Records of Carroll County in Liber E.A.S. No. 210, Folio 441, was conveyed by
Hazel LaMotte, et al to William E. Miller and wife and in part reversely on
the fourth or North 87 degrees 04 minutes West 62.25 foot line of the land which
by deed dated May 9, 1953, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll
County in Liber E.A.S. No. 220, Folio 162, was conveyed by Georga V. Wagner,
widow to Noah W. Bosley, Jr. and wife, as now surveyed (6) North 84 degrees 28
minutes 17 seconds East 249.33 feet to intersect the easternmost boundary line of
Section 2 of Carroll Estates, the Plat of which is recorded among the Plat Records
of Carroll County in Plat Book 6, Folio 80, running thence with and binding on
the outline of said Section 2 of Carroll Estates, as now surveyed (7) South 10
degrees 50 minutes 11 seconds East passing over an iron pin heretofore set at the
end of 165.32 feet in all 185.32 feet to an iron pin now set, and to intersect the
northernmost right-of-way line of Maryland Route 88, opposite center line station
11 75.87 as shown on State Roads Commission Plat Nos. 31675 and 31676,
running thence with and binding on said right-of-way line, the four following
courses and distances, as now surveyed, viz: (8) South 83 degrees 54 minutes 52
seconds West 125.89 feet to an iron pin now set, thence (9) South 84 degrees 15
minutes 30 seconds West 300.02 feet to an iron pin now set, thence (10) South 86
degrees 26 minutes 04 seconds West 104.21 feet to an iron pin now set and thence

(11)  South 76 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds West 47.60 feet to an iron pin now
set, thence leaving said right-of-way line of Maryland Route 88, as now surveyed

(12)   North 14 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds West 15.65 feet to an iron bolt
heretofore set as the end of the second or South 06 degrees 48 minutes 01 seconds
East 88.84 foot line of the land which by deed dated July 14, 1969, and recorded
among the Land Records of Carroll County in Liber C.C.C. No. 458, Folio 155,
was conveyed by Agnes S. Cann, widow to Howard W. Klare and wife, running
thence reversely with and binding in part on said second line of said ninth
hereinmentioned deed and also running with and binding in part on the second or
northerly 51 foot line of the third parcel of the land which by deed dated March 6,
1951, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll County in Liber E.A.S.
No. 208, Folio 101, was conveyed by Samuel Kolker and wife to Philip Taetle, as
now surveyed (13) North 14 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds West 139.96 feet to an
iron pin heretofore set, running thence with and binding in part on the third or
westerly 189 foot line of said third parcel of the tenth hereinmentioned deed, as
now surveyed (14) South 83 degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds West 134.31 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 4.94 acres of land, more or less.

c. Rapoport and Goldman and Marlin W. Utz Tract, situate on the South side
of Maryland Route 88, contiguously and adjacent to the Southeast corporate
boundary of the Town of Hampstead and according to a survey made by J. H.
Rife, Registered Survey, dated August 12, 1971, described as follows:

BEGINNING for a corner at a steel pin at the southeast corner of Lot 40 of
Section Two Clearview Development as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 10; then
running with the rear of Lots 40, 39, 38 and 37 and other lands of the Clearview
Development; (1) North 33 degrees 46 minutes 42 seconds West 938.64 feet to a
steel pin; then (2) North 11 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds West 385.35 feet to a
steel pin; then (3) South 73 degrees 49 minutes 28 seconds West 288.00 feet to a
concrete monument, then continuing on the same line South 73 degrees 49 minutes
28 seconds West 313.09 feet to a steel pin; then (4) North 09 degrees 54 minutes
17 seconds West 207.91 feet to a steel pin; then (5) South 79 degrees 22 minutes 21
seconds West 101.09 feet to a point on the approximate town line as shown on a
plan by J. H. Rife, Registered Surveyor, dated August 12, 1971, File No. E-538;
then with said approximate town line. (6) North 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds
West 140.68 feet to a point on said line, said point also being on the southern
