feet to a point six foot north of the center of said road; then crossing said road

south of the present center of Maryland Route 42; then leaving the outline of the
Carroll County Hospital tract by the following lines of division now established

(67)  North 21 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds West, 28.50 feet to a point in the
center of said road; then with the center of said road (68) South 50 degrees 02
minutes 35 seconds West, 149.50 feet to a point in the center of said road; then by
a curve to the right whose radius is 1245.32 feet, an arc distance of 435.80 feet the
long chord of which is (69) South 60 degrees 04 minutes 06 seconds West, 433.58
feet to a point in the center of said road; then with the center of said road (70)
South 70 degrees 05 minutes 37 seconds West, 741.94 feet to a point in said road,
the place of beginning and containing 510.3039 acres of land, more or less.

SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following three parcels of
land

PARCEL NO. 1: All that parcel of land situate on the West side of Maryland
Route 30, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning for a corner at an
axle on the western right-of-way line of Maryland State Route 30, said axle being
South 24 degrees 14 minutes 28 seconds East, 639.20 feet from an axle on the west
right-of-way line of said road at the end of the North 81 degrees 28 minutes 38
seconds East, 211.13 foot line of the above description; then with said right-of-way
line (1) South 24 degrees 28 minutes 53 seconds East, 100.94 feet to an axle on
said right-of-way line; then leaving said right-of-way line and binding on the
northern side of a 16.5 foot wide lane (2) South 70 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds
