at the intersection of the centerline of Old Route No. 26 and old Route No. 15 at

being on the north right of way line for the Frederick By-Pass as shown on Plats

feet thru a central angle of 26 °40' 14", an arc distance of 691.90 feet to a chord
bearing N. 35 °42" 53" E. 685.67 feet to point No. 14-B, said point No. 14-B being
a point of reverse curvature, thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 238.00
feet thru a central angle of 49 °29' 00" and an arc distance of 205.55 feet by a
chord bearing N. 24°18" 30" E. 199.22 feet to a point of tangency, said point being
No. 14-C (130) thence a long the west right of way line of Motter Avenue
(Opossumtown Pike) 55.00 feet from the centerline thereof and as shown on the

05" East 563.46 feet to a point of tangency at Station 131 00 thence with a tangent
(139) North 31 °10' 55" East 48.26 feet to a point of curve at Station 13150 equal
to Station 15 11.80 thence in a curve to the left having a radius of 680.55 feet
through an arc of 352.72 feet and a chord bearing (140) North 17 °01' 18" East
348.79 feet to Station 11 38.55 II thence leaving the highway and running with the
property of the William G. Humm Estate (141) North 78 °37' West 1043.20 feet to
a point thence across the Humm Lane as described in a Deed From Donald W.
Clem et al to the State Roads Commission of Maryland, dated February 23, 1957
and recorded in Liber 577, folio 585 and also with the common property line
