angle of 26 °40' 14", an arc distance of 691.90 feet to a chord bearing N. 35 °42"
53" E. 685.67 feet to point No. 14B said point No. 14B being a point of reverse
curvature, thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 238.00 feet thru a cent
ral angle of 49 °29' 00" and an arc distance of 205.55 feet by a chord bearing N.
24°18' 30" E. 199.22 feet to a point of tangency, said point being No. 14C (130)
thence along the west right of way line of Motter Avenue (Oppossumtown Pike)
55.00 feet from the centerline thereof and as shown on the aforesaid plats N.
00°26' 13" W. 157.64 feet to point No. 14D (131) thence N. 89 °33' 47" E. 25.00
feet to point No. 14E, said point No. 14E being 30.00 feet west of centerline
station 8+00(132) thence N. 00 °26' 13" W. 200.00 feet to point No. 14F, (133)
thence N. 89 °33' 47" E. 30.00 feet to point No. 14G, (134) thence N. 00 °26' 13"
W. 439.66 feet to point No 14H, (135) thence with the centerline of Motter
Avenue N. 07 °26' 59" W. 626.92 feet to point No. 141, (136) thence leaving said
Motter Avenue and running to exclude that parcel of land intended to be conveyed
to the Eastern District of Christian and Missionary Alliance Inc. and that tract
previously conveyed thereto October 18, 1963, by deed recorded in Liber 692,
Folio 414, one of the Land Records of Frederick County, (137) thence S. 80 °34'
00" W. 436.28 feet to point No. 14J, (138) thence N. 07 °26' 59" W. 247.61 feet to
point No. 14K, (139) thence S. 80 °34' 00" W. 1430.22 feet to point No. 14L, (140)
thence S. 17°22' 14" E. 2088.69 feet to Stone No. 16, (141) S. 85°06" 34" W.
2625.85 feet to Stone No. 17; thence (142) S. 38 °25' 00" W. 224.05 feet to the
place of beginning. (Acts 1953, ch. 465, Par. 1 as amended).

The parcel of land hereby intended to be annexed is described by metes and
bounds as follows:

Beginning for the same at a point South 55 °07' 05" East 672.00 feet from
corner No. W48 and at a point on the Northeast Right of Way line of U.S. Route
40, thence crossing said U.S. Route 40 and running and binding on the East side
of Blentlinger Road, South 30 °47' 01" West 347.80 feet to a point on the East
Right of Way line of Blentlinger Road 35 feet East of the centerline, thence
running and binding on said East Right of Way line the following three courses
and distances, S. 15 °44' 43" West 533.19 feet to a point of curve, thence by a line
curving to the right with a Radius of 526.20 feet for a distance of 115.63 feet,
which arc is subtended by a chord bearing, S. 22° 02 26" W. 115.40 feet to a point
of tangent, thence S. 28 °20' 09" W. 353.54 feet to a point on the North Right of
Way line of U.S. Route 40A, thence running and binding on said North Right of
Way line the following four courses and distances, S. 82 °48' 32" E. 1012.89 feet to
a concrete monument, thence S. 82 °48' 32" E. 387.17 feet to an iron pipe found
set in the ground, thence S. 32 °48' 36" E. 588.86 feet to an iron Tee bar found set
in the ground, thence S. 82 °37' 07" E. 377.45 feet to an iron Tee bar found set in
the ground at the intersection with the South Right of Way line of said U.S. Route
40, thence diagonally crossing said U.S. Route 40, S. 82 °21 43" E. 718.22 feet to
a point in the present boundary of The City of Frederick designated W50, thence by a
radius equal to 2,750.35 feet for curve distance equal to 789.59 feet and subtended
by a chord bearing N. 63 °20' 33" W. 786.88 feet to a point, thence continuing
with the North side of State Road U. S. Route 40 N. 55 °07' 05" West 2215.22
feet more or less to the point of beginning containing 42.291 acres of land more or
less.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED, AND ORDAINED that the
persons residing in said area and properties located therein are included for all
purposes and subject to the provisions of the charter and ordinances of the said
municipal corporation in said area as if said area had been originally or
subsequently included within the boundaries of said municipal corporation.
