corporation shall extend to the distance of one mile from the boundaries as above
set forth.

3.  Attached as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, a Resolution proposing the
change of boundaries as requested by petition.

4.  Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, a copy of Notice of
Proposed Annexation, appearing in the Emmitsburg Chronicle.

5.  Attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof, Resolution dated
the 1st day of May, 1972, annexing property within the boundaries of the
municipal corporation. Said Resolution becoming effective on June 19, 1972, being
at least forty-five days following its final enactment.
