ENTITLED

A RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT
WITH AMENDMENTS SECTION 50 OF ARTICLE 23 OF THE CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF WICOMICO COUNTY (1965 EDITION) AS
AMENDED BY RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF DELMAR
ON MAY 11, 1970, TITLE "DELMAR," SUBTITLE "BORROWING POWER,"
RELATING TO AUTHORITY TO INCREASE THE BORROWING POWER
OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF DELMAR.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED by the Commissioners of
Delmar by virtue of authority granted in Article 11E of the Constitution of
Maryland that Section 50 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County (1965 Edition) as amended by Resolution of the Commissioners
of Delmar on May 11, 1970, title "Delmar," subtitle "Borrowing Power," be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
