Colmar Manor, Maryland, and that as such, he is custodian of the records of the
municipality and keeper of the journal of proceedings of the Mayor and Town
Council of Colmar Manor, Maryland; and he further certifies that the foregoing is
a true and accurate copy of a Resolution and Ordinance of the Mayor and Town
Council of Colmar Manor, Maryland, to repeal and re-enact, with amendments
and additions, Section 16-5 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, Maryland (1963 Edition), titled "Colmar Manor" duly
enacted by the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor, Maryland, at a
regular meeting thereof on the 1st day of February, 1972, presented and passed on
roll call, all voting yea, and No abstention, and presented to the Mayor for
signature.
