(f) [[Yacht club licenses, as set forth in subsection (g) of §28 of this article.
(g)]] Licenses to hotels or motels with more than 25 rooms and marinas

[[(i)]]

[[(j)]] (H) (1) In Anne Arundel County the lessee of a concession at any
airport, whether individual, association of individuals or a corporation, shall,
without further residential, voting or locative qualifications, be entitled to procure
a license for the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages within the confines of the
airport terminal buildings in said county.

(2)  The cost for such license shall be three thousand dollars ($3.000.00) each
year, to be paid the first of May, payable to the clerk of Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel County and shall entitle the holder to sell at one or more locations within
the airport terminal buildings on each and every day and shall permit the playing
of music and dancing and no provision contained in subsection (a) of this section
relating to special Sunday licenses shall apply to the holder of a license issued
under the provisions of this subsection.

(3)  Such licenses and the licensees thereunder shall be subject to all laws, rules
and regulations applicable in Anne Arundel County to the sale of alcoholic
beverages, not inconsistent with the provisions of this section

[[(k)]] (I) In Anne Arundel County the board of license commissioners is
authorized to approve the issue of a license, to be known as a resort complex
license, covering "on sales" of beer, wine and liquor to any person, for the sale of
any and all alcoholic beverages within the confines of the resort complex. This
license shall be issued only to the person, firm, or corporation owning or leasing a
resort complex. Resort complex shall mean for the purpose of this section a
recreational area of ten (10) or more acres with beach facilities and facilities to
serve and accommodate five hundred (500) or more persons at one time.

The cost for this license is fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) each year, to be
paid the first of May, payable to the clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel
County and entitles the holder to sell at one or more locations within the resort
complex on each and every day and permits playing of music and dancing and no
provision contained in subsection (a) of this section relating to special Sunday
licenses applies to the holder of a license issued under the provisions of this
subsection.

The licenses and the licensees hereunder are subject to all laws, rules and
regulations applicable in Anne Arundel County to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

at bars or counters, but not for consumption off the premises. Licensees may serve
alcoholic beverages at one or more outside locations within the resort complex
from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight for each outing and from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. in main,
permanent areas.

[[(1)]] (J) In Anne Arundel County the board of license commissioners is
authorized to approve the issue of a license, to be known as a motel-restaurant
complex or hotel-restaurant complex license, covering "on sales" of beer, wine and
liquor to any person, without further residential, voting or locative qualifications
being required of the applicant, for the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages
within the confines of the motel-restaurant complex or hotel-restaurant complex.
These licenses will be issued only to the person, firm, or corporation owning or
leasing motel-restaurant complexes or hotel-restaurant complexes that have a
capital investment of not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), one
hundred (100) rooms or more, and an enclosed dining room which serves
