AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 5 -2(B) OF Chapter
409 of the Acts of 1969; to provide an addition to the State Procurement
Bureau Warehouse Building to house the Motor Fuel Inspection Program of the
Comptroller's Gasoline Tax Division and to provide that this appropriation be
to the Department of General Services.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 5 - 2(B) of Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1969 be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted , with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 5 - 2.(B) (Department of Budget and Procurement) DEPARTMENT
OF GENERAL SERVICES
Construction of a State Procurement Bureau Warehouse Building, AND AN
ADDITION THERETO TO HOUSE THE MOTOR FUEL INSPECTION
PROGRAM OF THE COMPTROLLER'S GASOLINE TAX DIVISION
(Funds received from Sale of Existing State Procurement Bureau Warehouse
Building shall be deposited in the Annuity Bond Fund)..... $1,378,000

effect July 1, 1973.

AN ACT to add a new Section 158(o) to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License Commissioners," to follow immediately
after Section 158(n) thereof, providing for an inspector for the Board of License
Commissioners of Wicomico County and relating generally to his appointment,
salary, duties, bond, oath of office, powers and functions.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 158(o) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License
Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section 158(n) thereof, and to read
