(E) ANY OWNER OF [[300]] 500. YARDS OF CONTIGUOUS
SHORELINE, HIS LESSEE, LICENSEE, OR ASSIGNEE, SHALL HAVE
THE SOLE RIGHT TO BODY BOOT OR HUNT FROM GUNNING RIGS
OR BOAT OR FLOATING BLINDS ANCHORED OR TIED AT THE
BLIND SITE IN ANY AREA WHICH HE HAS PROTECTED BY
LICENSED STATIONARY BLIND OR BLIND SITE. HOWEVER, HE MAY
NOT HUNT CLOSER THAN [[300]] 500 YARDS OF THE NEAREST
STATIONARY BLIND OR BLIND SITE OF ANOTHER LICENSEE
WITHOUT HIS WRITTEN CONSENT.
(F) ANY OTHER PERSON WHO OBTAINS A BLIND SITE LICENSE
HAS THE SOLE RIGHT TO BODY BOOT OR HUNT FROM ANY
GUNNING RIG OR BOAT OR FLOATING BLIND IF IT IS TIED OR
ANCHORED AT A BLIND SITE.
NO PERSON MAY HUNT OR OCCUPY ANY BLIND IN THE WATERS
OF TALBOT COUNTY THAT IS SITUATED WITHIN 300 YARDS OF
ANY BUND PERMANENTLY CONSTRUCTED ON SHORE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

AN ACT to repeal Section 48 of Article 75 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Replacement Volume), title "Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law,"
subtitle "Removal of Causes," relating to special Panels of Jurors for the trial
of removed cases.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 48 of Article 75 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Replacement Volume), title "Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law,"
subtitle "Removal of Causes," be and it is hereby repealed:

It shall be in the power and discretion of the court, should they think it proper,
to cause a special panel of forty-eight jurors to be selected by the sheriff from the
community at large to try any cause or causes removed under §§ 44 and 47, and
the court shall direct the clerk thereof to divide by ballot said number of jurors
into two panels of petit jurors, and may take such order for regulating the
attendance of said panels as the said court shall see fit, and the said court may
direct talesmen to be summoned in said cause or causes whenever necessary.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.
