AN ACT to repeal Subtitle 79 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County being Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland titled
"Trailer Camps."
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Subtitle 79 titled "Trailer Camps" of the Code of Public
Local Laws for Prince George's County being Article 17 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, subsection (f) to Section 2-7 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1972 Supplement), title "Election Code," subtitle "Election Boards and
Employees," to provide that election judges in Prince George's County shall
receive such compensation as is fixed by the Board of Supervisors of Elections
but in no event less than $75.00 per day for chief judges and $50.00 per day for
judges.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That subsection (f) of Section 2-7 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement), title
"Election Code," subtitle "Election Boards and Employees," be amended to read
as follows:

(f) Each board shall have power to fix the compensation of judges within the
limits of the amounts authorized for this purpose by the county commissioners,
county council or the mayor and city council of Baltimore, as the case may be,
provided that compensation shall not be less than twenty dollars ($20.00) per day
for each day actually served. In Allegany County the compensation shall not be
less than thirty dollars ($30.00) per day for each day actually served. In Baltimore
City, the compensation of judges of elections shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day
for each election day; except that judges who have not received the course of
instruction prescribed by the board of supervisors of elections shall have
