AS SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, COMMUNITY CENTERS, AND OTHER
PUBLIC OR PRIVATE NONPROFIT INSTITUTIONS.

(B)     THE [[DEPARTMENT]] COMMISSION SHALL PROVIDE
CONSULTATIVE SERVICES AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY
PUBLIC OR PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OR AGENCY
INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM; PROVIDE SHORT-TERM TRAINING
AND TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION TO THESE ORGANIZATIONS; AND
COLLECT, PREPARE, PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE SPECIAL
EDUCATIONAL OR INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL ON THIS MATTER.
THE ([DEPARTMENT]] COMMISSION MAY REIMBURSE THESE
ORGANIZATIONS FOR ANY FUNDS EXPENDED IN CARRYING OUT
THE PURPOSES OF THE PROGRAM.

(C)  PERSONS RECEIVING SERVICES UNDER THE PROGRAM MAY
BE CHARGED FOR MEALS, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT SUCH
CONSIDERATIONS AS INCOME AND NEED. HOME DELIVERY OF
MEALS MAY BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE PROGRAM IF THE
CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE THIS SERVICE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

(House Bill 130)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5-107(B) of Article
66-1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume), title
"Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Subtitle 5 Licensing of Dealers, Wreckers, Scrap
Processors [[and]], Vehicle Salesmen, [["]] MANUFACTURERS,
DISTRIBUTORS AND FACTORY BRANCHES," subheading "Part I.
Dealers," to provide that no person shall be licensed to sell trailers or
motorcycles where the sale of such vehicles is the only or principal business
conducted at a location unless certain location requirements are met [[.]] _,_
AND TO ALLOW THE MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION TO
DETERMINE REASONABLE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS BY RULE
AND REGULATION WHERE SELLING TRAILERS OR
MOTORCYCLES IS NOT THE PRINCIPAL BUSINESS AT THE
LOCATION.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 5-107(B) of Article 66-1/2 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Subtitle 5
Licensing of Dealers, Wreckers, Scrap Processors [[and]], Vehicle
Salesmen, [["]] MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND FACTORY
BRANCHES," subheading "Part I. Dealers," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

5-107.

(b) The location requirements set forth in subsection (a) shall [[not]] apply
[[to a person licensed to sell only trailers or motorcycles UNLESS]] IF
SELLING TRAILERS OR MOTORCYCLES IS THE ONLY OR
