THE COMMISSION [[UPON THE]] UPON REQUEST OF THE
COLLEGE'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
PROCEDURES CONTAINED IN ARTICLE 77A OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND, [[SHALL]] MAY. MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS
TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MONTGOMERY COMMUNITY
COLLEGE CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY SITES APPROPRIATE FOR
ACQUISITION BY THE BOARD WHICH CONFORM AS FAR AS
PRACTICABLE TO DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR LAND USE IN THE
COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.
