THE COURT MAY DESTROY THE JUVENILE COURT RECORD OF
A CHILD AFTER THE CHILD INVOLVED HAS REACHED
TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE AND AT LEAST FIVE (5) YEARS
HAVE ELAPSED FROM THE DATE ON WHICH THE MOST RECENT
CASE INVOLVING THAT CHILD WAS CLOSED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

AN ACT to declare that certain British statutes pertaining to Juries, once
considered applicable to the Courts of this State are obsolete and of no force or
effect in Maryland.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That except to the extent that any one of them has been enacted
by the General Assembly of Maryland and is contained elsewhere in the Annotated
Code of Maryland, the following British statutes are hereby declared by the
General Assembly of Maryland no longer to be in force in Maryland:

6&7  William and Mary ch. 4

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 53(1) of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", subtitle "General Provisions on Issue
of Licenses", to provide in Prince George's County for an increase in the
number of certain alcoholic beverage licenses.
