[[(D)]] (C) THE ADMINISTRATION UPON RECEIPT OF SUCH
INFORMATION AND AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE SHALL ARRANGE
FOR AN EXAMINATION OF EACH SUCH PERSON WHO HOLDS A
DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND IF THE PERSON EXAMINED FAILS TO
MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBTITLE 6 THE ADMINISTRATION
SHALL CANCEL ANY DRIVER'S LICENSE HELD BY SUCH PERSON.
[[(E)]] (D) THE REPORTS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION SHALL BE
CONFIDENTIAL AND USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DETERMINING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF ANY PERSON TO DRIVE A
MOTOR VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAYS OF THIS STATE. NO CIVIL OR
CRIMINAL ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST ANY PERSON OR
AGENCY WHO PROVIDES THE INFORMATION REQUIRED HEREIN.
[[(F)]] (E) NO REPORT FORWARDED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SECTION SHALL BE USED AS EVIDENCE IN ANY CIVIL OR
CRIMINAL TRIAL.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

(House Bill 544)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 155(q) of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume, 1972
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License
Commissioners," to provide for an increase in the salary of the Administrator
to the Board in Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 155(q) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume, 1972 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Boards of License Commissioners," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
155.
(q) In Prince George's County each of the members of the board, except the
chairman thereof, shall receive an annual salary of $4,500.00 and the chairman
shall receive an annual salary of $5,000.00. The board shall meet at least two times
per month. The administrator of the board who shall be appointed by and serve at
the will of the board and who shall devote full time and attention to the duties of
