[(d)](F) A fee of two dollars ($2.00) shall be paid for the renewal and
conversion of a motorcycle license to a Class E license.
(G) A FEE OF TWO DOLLARS ($2.00) SHALL BE PAID FOR THE
RENEWAL OF A CLASS E LICENSE.
(H) A FEE OF EIGHT DOLLARS ($8.00) SHALL BE PAID FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF AN INSTRUCTION AND EXAMINATION LICENSE. THE
FEE INCLUDES THE ISSUANCE OF AN INSTRUCTION AND
EXAMINATION LICENSE. THE FEE INCLUDES THE ISSUANCE OF
THE CLASS OF LICENSE FOR WHICH THE APPLICANT QUALIFIES
WITHIN THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE INSTRUCTION AND
EXAMINATION LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

(House Bill 301)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 232(8)(c) of Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Supplement), title "Revenue and
Taxes," subtitle "State Department of Assessments and Taxation," and to add
new Section 232(8)(c)(1) to said Article. Code, title and subtitle, to follow
immediately after Section 232(8)(c) thereof; to provide for mandatory phasing in
over a period of years of increases in the value of assessable property beyond a
certain percentage increase, subject to exceptions . to provide that certain tax
bills reflect certain computations.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 232(8)(c) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "State
Department of Assessments and Taxation," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, and that new Section 232(8)(c)(1) be and it is hereby
added to the same Article, Code, title and subtitle, to follow immediately after
Section 232(8)(c) thereof, and all to read as follows:

physically inspected for reassessment at least once in every three (3) years. If the
