Ch. 482 MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 1091 THE APPROPRIATIONS INITIALLY AUTHORIZED ON JULY 1, 1973. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take Approved May 21, 1973. CHAPTER 482 AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 594B(e) of Article 27 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 594B. (e) The offenses referred to in subsection (d) of this section are: (1) Those offenses specified in the following sections of Article 27, as they may (i) Section 8 (relating to burning barracks, cribs, hay, corn, lumber, etc.; railway (ii) Section 11 (relating to setting fire while perpetrating crime); (iii) Section 36 (relating to carrying or wearing weapon); (iv) Section 111 (relating to destroying, injuring, etc., property of another); (v) Section [297] 287 (relating to possession of hypodermic syringes, etc., (vi) Section 341 (relating to stealing goods worth less than $100.00);
