Kind of Game Open Season

In any county or election district or other identifiable areas of the
State, the Commission may reduce the wildlife population after a
thorough investigation reveals that protected wildlife is seriously
injurious to agricultural or other interests in the affected area.
The method of reducing the wildlife population shall be at the dis-
cretion of the Commission except that wherever feasible trapping
shall be preferred. The wildlife which may be taken under this pro-
vision shall be disposed of by the Director of the Department as he
may deem advisable and for the best interests of the State.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 124 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Crimes and
Punishments," subheading "Drunkenness and Disorderly Con-
duct," to provide that Section 124 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (Disorderly conduct on land of another) shall
apply to Somerset County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 124 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume), title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-
title "Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Drunkenness and Dis-
orderly Conduct," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, and to read as follows,
