tion 126(d) thereof, requiring the Department of Natural Re-
sources to furnish a list of the names of all Maryland general hos-
pitals to every applicant for a hunter's license.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 126 (e) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and
1971 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Fish," subheading "Hunter's License," to follow immediately
after Section 126(d) thereof, and to read as follows:

126.

(e) The Department of Natural Resources shall furnish to every
applicant for a hunter's license a list containing the names and ad-
dresses of all Maryland general hospitals which offer emergency
medical treatment.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 1010)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 24 (h) of
Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supplement),
title "County Commissioners," subtitle "General Provisions," to
exempt Caroline County from certain provisions relating to annual
publication of expenses and to provide an alternate method for such
publication, and to correct an error therein.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 24(h) of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Supplement), title "County Commissioners," subtitle "General
Provisions," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

24.

(h) This section shall also not apply to Caroline County or Queen
Anne's County and in [that county] those counties the County Com-
missioners shall publish annually in a paper of general circulation in
[the county] those counties a summarized statement of the receipts
and expenses of the county in the previous year in sufficient detail to
inform the general public, with reasonable clarity, the source of such
receipts and the nature of such expenses provided, however, that the
County Commissioners shall publish annually the source and nature
of any expense above four hundred dollars ($400.00). Such published
financial statement in Caroline County and Queen Anne's County shall
