this section shall apply to holders of "special Sunday licenses" issued
in Queen Anne's County pursuant to Section 103A. Notwithstanding
the other provisions of this article, it is lawful for Class A beer
licensees in Caroline County to sell alcoholic beverages between the
hours of 12 o'clock noon and 12 o'clock midnight on Sunday, and for
Class C (clubs), beer, wine and liquor licensees in Caroline County
to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 12 o'clock midnight
and 2 o'clock a.m. and between 12 o'clock noon and 12 o'clock midnight
on Sunday. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section and
Section 95B of this article, in Cecil County it is lawful for Class C
(on-sale) (clubs) beer, beer and light wine, or beer, wine and liquor
licensees [in Cecil County] to permit the use and consumption of
alcoholic beverages between the hours of 1 o'clock p.m. and 44 7
o'clock p.m. on Sunday[.], and it is lawful for all classes of alcoholic
beverage license holders to sell alcoholic beverages between 12 o'clock
p.m. MIDNIGHT and 2 o'clock a.m. on Sundays.
In Worcester County
the prohibition of this section shall not be applicable to Class B beer,
wine and liquor licenses regulated by the provisions of Section 106
of this article. Where the provisions of this section are in conflict
with Sections 89 and 99 of this article for Harford County Sections
89 and 99 shall govern. For Somerset County the provisions of this
section shall be subordinate to Section 104A of this subtitle.

(3) Except that in Talbot County it shall be lawful for a Class A
beer licensee to sell beer between the hours of sunrise and sunset on
Sundays; and between the hours of 2:00 o'clock p.m. and 10:00 o'clock
p.m. on Sunday it shall be lawful for a Class B or C, beer licensee, to
sell beer and for a Class B or C, beer, wine and liquor licensee, to sell
beer, wine and liquor, provided that these alcoholic beverages are
consumed on the premises in the course of a meal.

95B.

In Cecil County, notwithstanding any other provisions of this
subtitle, the hours during which sales of any alcoholic beverages may
be made under any class of license issued under this article on any
[weekday] day, Monday through Saturday are from 6 o'clock
a.m. daily to 2 o'clock a.m. on the following day [, except that on
Saturday the closing hour shall be 12 o'clock midnight, except as
hereinafter provided]. It is unlawful for any person to sell or for
any person to consume any alcoholic beverages on any premises
licensed under this article between the hours of 2 o'clock a.m. and
6 o'clock a.m. on any day of the week or at any time on Sunday after
2 o'clock a.m.,
except that it is lawful for Class C "on-sale" (clubs)
beer, beer and light wine, or beer, wine and liquor licensees in Cecil
County to permit the use and consumption of alcoholic beverages
between the hours of 1 o'clock p.m. and 7 o'clock p.m. on Sundays.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
