subtitle "Law Enforcement Duties," to follow immediately
after Section 4(c) thereof, to define the term "incorporated
municipality."
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 4(d) be and it is hereby added to Article 88B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume), title
"State Police," subtitle "Law Enforcement Duties," to follow im-
mediately after Section 4(c) thereof, and to read as follows:

(d) Definition of incorporated municipality.—The term "incor-
porated municipality" as used in subsection (b) of this section shall
mean the territory within the limits of an incorporated city or town
within any county of this State or of Baltimore City. However,
this term shall not be construed to include any other territory
within the limits of any county.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3-602 of
Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland, (1970 Replace-
ment Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "Vehicle Laws," sub-
title "Subtitle 3 Certificates of Title and Registration of Vehicles,"
subheading "Part VI. Special Plates for Dealers, Transporters
and Finance Companies," to remove the provision requiring the
issuance of sets of temporary registration plates by dealers to
certain owners of vehicles, to allow a dealer to issue a single
temporary registration plate to be attached to the rear of a vehicle,
and to correct certain obsolete language and references therein.

That Section 3-602 of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, (1970 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title
"Vehicle Laws," subtitle "Subtitle 3 Certificates of Title and Regis-
tration of Vehicles," subheading "Part VI. Special Plates for Dealers,
Transporters and Finance Companies," be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
3-602.
(a) The [Department] Administration subject to the limitations
and conditions hereinafter set forth, may deliver temporary registra-
tion plates or markers designed by the [Department] Administration
to a registered dealer who applies for at least 5 [sets] of these plates
or markers and who encloses with the application a fee of fifty cents
for each [set] plate for which application is made. The application
