Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 32 (b) of Article 65 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Militia," subtitle "In Gen-
eral," foe and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
32.
(b) Officers, warrant officers, and enlisted men shall receive the
same per diem pay, including longevity pay, subsistence and allow-
ances, as officers, warrant officers and enlisted men of the regular
Army of like grade and length of service, but no such persons
ordered to active duty other than for training shall be paid a per
diem of less than [ten dollars ($10.00)] seventeen dollars ($17.00)
TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments Section 11 (a)
(13) of Article 36 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Sup-
plement), title "Fees of Officers," subtitle "Bailiffs and Criers,"
increasing the daily compensation of bailiffs in Dorchester County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 11(a)(13) of Article 36 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Supplement), title "Fees of Officers," subtitle "Bail-
iffs and Criers," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

(a) (13) Bailiffs in Dorchester County shall receive [ten dollars
(10.00)] fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each day they attend the Circuit
Court.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
