whom said person shall be tried, and in addition to said fine, shall be
fined five dollars ($5.00) for each specimen of wild birds, wild quad-
ruped, or fish or parts thereof mounted or in possession for mount-
ing. All such wild birds, wild quadrupeds, or fish, or parts of wild
birds, wild quadrupeds, or fish acquired illegally or being possessed
illegally, found in the possession of any person practicing the art of
taxidermy and fur tanning, shall be confiscated by the officer making
the arrest and turned over to the Director who may dispose of same
as he may deem advisable for the best interest of the State. Any
person failing to keep a ledger as required by this section, or make
false entries in said ledger, shall have his license revoked for such
cause.

§ 179. Penalty.

Any person or persons found guilty before any [justice of the
peace of this State] court of violating any provisions of §§ 175,
178, and 179, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than fifty
dollars ($50.00) for each and every offense, and in addition to said
fine shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each skin or animal in
possession in violation of the law. All such animals, skins, pelts, or
meats, or illegal devices found in any person's possession in viola-
tion of this subheading shall be confiscated by the officer making the
arrest and disposed of pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 §
155; however, as to any case determined in the circuit court of any
County or the Criminal Court of Baltimore, as the case may be, they
shall be
turned over to the Director who may dispose of same as he
may deem advisable for the best interest of the State.

§ 185. Penalty.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 180 to
184, inclusive, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction before any [justice of the peace of this State} court shall be
fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred
dollars ($200.00) and costs for each and every offense, and in addi-
tion to said fines shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each and every
game bird, the eggs of same, or game animal sold or offered for sale
in violation of the law, the license shall be revoked and game on said
property confiscated by order of the Director.

§ 195. Penalties.

Any person convicted before any [justice of the peace of this
State] court for violating any of the provisions of this subheading
or any of the rules and regulations formulated and made by the Di-
rector in accordance with the provisions thereof, whether the same
be trespassing on any refuge or other provision of said subheading,
shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than
fifty dollars ($50.00) and costs for each and every offense.

§ 199. Penalty for violation of §§ 112 to 198; suspension of license.

Any person found guilty for violating any of the provisions of §§
112 to 198, inclusive, of this subtitle shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor, unless a penalty is provided in a section above referred to,
