(2) Restaurants, lunchrooms, or ice-cream parlors.
Any violation of this subsection shall be prosecuted as provided
for in subsection (c) of this section.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(Senate Bill 646)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 126 (c)
and 126A (b) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1970 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "Natural
Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Fish," subheading
"Hunter's License," and Sections 207A (a), 207A (b), 219 (b),
and 221 (a) of the same Article 66C, title "Natural Resources,"
subtitle "Birds, Game and Fish," subheading "Game and Fresh-
water Fish," to remove the provision for issuance to a resident
of a county a license to hunt in that county upon payment of a
fee less than that imposed on other citizens of the State, to remove
a definition of the word "resident," to establish a nominal fee for
issuance of certain hunting and fishing licenses and stamps to
Maryland residents who have attained their sixty-fifth birthday,
to reduce the fee retained by licensing agents for issuance of
certain hunting and fishing licenses and stamps, and relating
generally to issuance of hunting and fishing licenses and stamps.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 126 (c) and 126A (b) of Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Fish,"
subheading "Hunter's License," and Sections 207A (a), 207A (b),
219 (b), and 221 (a) of the same Article 66C, title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Fish," subheading "Game and
Freshwater Fish," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, all to read as follows:
126.
(c) If a resident of the State of Maryland, the applicant shall
pay to the clerk of the court [of the county,] or agent [of which
he is a resident, the sum of three dollars ($3.00) which shall entitle
him to hunt in the county in which he procures such license, and
if the applicant shall desire a State-wide license, he shall pay] a
fee of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50), or one dollar ($1.00) if
the applicant has reached his sixty-fifth (65th) birthday, [and a]
junior hunter's license shall be issued to those applicants who have
not yet reached the age of sixteen years at a fee of two dollars and
fifty cents ($2.50) which license may be issued by the clerk of any
circuit court of any county or agent or by the clerk of the Court
of Common Pleas of Baltimore City. The clerk of the court, or
