Section 9. MNAB Staff. The MNAB will provide its own staff which
shall include an Executive Secretary and such other necessary personnel,
all of whom shall be recruited and selected pursuant to the Merit Ordi-
nance. The MNAB staff will provide general administrative support to
the MNAB.

Section 10. Reimbursement. Members of the MNAB will be reim-
bursed for expenses incurred to attend authorized MNAB or Committee
Meetings at the rate of $10.00 per meeting, with payment limited to 75
meetings per annum.

Section 11. The Department of Human Resources and Community
Development is hereby designated as the County Demonstration Agency
(CDA) within the meaning of the Act and within the meaning of federal
regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act.

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 563 of
the Public Local Laws of Wicomico County, Maryland, titled "War
Memorial Recreation Commission," providing that the Wicomico
County War Memorial Recreation Commission be and the same is
hereby abolished as a "municipal corporation" within the definition
of Section 21 of Article 73B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), providing for the creation of a department of recrea-
tion and parks pursuant to the authority contained in Article 5,
Section 501 of the Charter of Wicomico County, and providing for
the creation of an advisory committee, pursuant to the authority con-
tained in Article 4, Section 403(g) of the Charter of Wicomico County,
Maryland, to be known as the Wicomico County Recreation Com-
mission.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF WI-
COMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 563 of the Public Local
Laws of Wicomico County, Maryland, being Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "War Memorial Recreation Com-
mission", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, to read as follows:
