under the personal supervision of, the master electrician or master
electrician limited designated on such business license as responsible
for the work performed thereunder.

(d)    No master electrician or master electrician limited shall be
responsible for the work of more than one electrical contractor.

(e)    Nothing herein shall preclude an electrical contractor
from having more than one master electrician or master electrician
limited in his employ.

83-10. Licensing Procedure and Fees; Issuance.

(a)    Business license.

1.    Any person who, or any firm, company, corporation or
partnership which desires to enter into or engage in the business of
electrical contracting to install, repair or maintain electrical equip-
ment may at any time make application for a business license to the
Director who shall provide the applicant with the prescribed forms.

2.    A business license may be issued to an applicant as herein
required, provided that such applicant (i) is licensed as a master
electrician or a master electrician limited; or (ii) shall have a master
electrician or master electrician limited as a partner or officer in the
partnership, firm, company or corporation who is actively engaged in
and responsible for the work performed; or (iii) shall have in his
employ a master electrician or master electrician limited who shall
supervise and be responsible for the performance of all work per-
formed under such business license.

3.    An applicant for a business license shall furnish, on a form
approved by the Board, the name, address and license number of the
master electrician or master electrician limited who shall be responsi-
ble for the electrical work to be performed under the business license
and such other information as may be required as to character refer-
ences and financial responsibility.

(b)    Master electrician's license and master electrician limited
license.

1.    Any person who desires to install, repair, maintain, erect or
design electrical equipment as a master electrician or master electri-
cian limited, as defined by this Article, may at any time make applica-
tion to the Director to be examined and the Director shall provide the
applicant with the prescribed forms.

2.    Applicants shall possess and meet the following require-
ments which shall be prerequisite to examination:

(i) An applicant for examination for master electrician's
license shall have been regularly and principally employed or engaged
in the profession or business of electrical construction, maintenance,
