LAWS OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY

Enacted during the 1971 Legislative Sessions of the County Council
for Montgomery County, Maryland, held in Rockville, Mary-
land, commencing on the sixth day of July, 1970 and ending
on the thirtieth day of June, 1971.

CHAPTER 1

(BILL NO. 1-70)

AN ACT to add a new Chapter 102A, title "Special Sewer Districts,"
to the Montgomery County Code 1965, to follow immediately
after Chapter 102 thereof, to grant the Montgomery County
Council authority to create from time to time special sewer
assessment districts within the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District of the County after public hearing and notice thereof,
to provide for the construction of program extensions therein,
and to levy benefit assessments on the land therein.

Be It Enacted by the County Council for Montgomery County,
Maryland, that—

Sec. 1. A new Chapter 102A, title "Special Sewer Districts,"
be and is hereby added to the Montgomery County Code 1965, to fol-
low immediately after Chapter 102 thereof, and to read as follows:
