CHANGE THE VICTOR F. SCUDERI PROPERTY FROM
UNZONED DISTRICT TO MA2—COMMERCIAL MARINA DIS-
TRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE CENTERLINE OF THE
STREAM ACCEPTED AS THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY—
CALVERT COUNTY AND THE CHESAPEAKE BAY; THENCE
FOLLOWING SAID CENTERLINE OF SAID STREAM IN A
NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION 3200 FEET, MORE OR LESS,
TO THE WESTERNMOST BOUNDARY OF THAT PARCEL OF
LAND OWNED BY VICTOR F. SCUDERI AND RECORDED
IN THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY,
MARYLAND, LIBER 2077, FOLIO 249; THENCE NORTHEAST-
ERLY 58 FEET TO A PIPE; THENCE SOUTH 23 DEGREES,
17 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 55 FEET TO A PIPE;
THENCE SOUTH 42 DEGREES, 32 MINUTES EAST 219.85 FEET,
MORE OR LESS, TO THE SHORE OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY;
THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID SHORELINE TO THE
PLACE OF BEGINNING.

(C)    MAP NO. 48 U BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED
AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON
SAID MAP AS "(A-15)":

CHANGE THE MULTIPLE OWNERS PROPERTY FROM UN-
ZONED DISTRICT TO R5—RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, SAID
PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL OF THAT
PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUN-
TY-CALVERT COUNTY BOUNDARY LINE IN NORTH BEACH
PARK AND THE COUNTY BOUNDARY LINE AS GIVEN IN THE
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MARYLAND DEED. SAVING AND
EXCEPTING THAT PARCEL OF LAND PREVIOUSLY DE-
SCRIBED AS BELONGING TO VICTOR F. SCUDERI AND RE-
CORDED IN THE LAND RECORDS OF ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY, MARYLAND, LIBER 2077, FOLIO 249.

(D)    MAPS NOS. 40 J AND K BE, AND THEY ARE HERE-
BY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING
DESIGNATED ON SAID MAPS AS " (B-25)":

CHANGE THE LUCY DORR PROPERTY FROM OS—OPEN
SPACE DISTRICT, RA—AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL DIS-
TRICT TO C3—GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, SAID
PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SOUTH-
EAST BOUND LANES OF RT. 4 AND A SERVICE ROAD;
THENCE NORTHWESTERLY AND BINDING THE SOUTH
SIDE OF RT. 4 FOR 3120 FEET, TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH-
ERLY 300 FEET TO A POINT: THENCE EASTERLY AND RUN-
NING PARALLEL TO RT. 4 FOR A DISTANCE OF 3720 FEET
TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 300 FEET TO THE
SOUTH SIDE OF SAID SERVICE ROAD; THENCE WESTERLY
