2564                            County Local Laws

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That the Comprehensive
Zoning Maps now effective in the First Assessment District, as
originally adopted on or about July 1, 1952, be, and they are hereby
repealed (the remaining comprehensive zoning maps adopted on
said date being in full force and effect as to all other Assessment
Districts).

Section 5. And be it further enacted, That Section 5 of Bills
Nos. 2-70, 18-70, 20-70, 38-70, 39-70, 44-70, 53-70, 54-70, 86-70,
134-70, 7-71, 8-71, 13-71, 16-71, and 17-71 be, and they are hereby
repealed, and new Section 5 to said Bills is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof to read as follows:

"Section 5. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law,
only to the extent that the provisions thereof affect the First Assess-
ment District."

Section 6. And be it further enacted, That Section 6 of Bills
Nos. 93-70, 94-70, and 41-71 be, and they are hereby repealed, and
new Section 6 is hereby enacted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

"Section 6. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law,
only to the extent that the provisions thereof affect the First
Assessment District."

Section 7. And be it further enacted, That until said new Sub-
title 3 of said 1967 Code is adopted and becomes effective in all
Assessment Districts, said new Subtitle shall be designated as,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations".

Section 8. And be it further enacted, That if any provision of
this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circum-
stance is held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect
the other provisions or any other application of this Ordinance which
can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application,
and to this end, all the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.

Section 9. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance
shall take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

APPROVED AND ENACTED: Except for Section 1, Subsections
(I) (being page 4, lines 35 through 44, inclusive, of the proposed
bill) and (J) (being page 5, lines 1 through 29, inclusive, of the
proposed bill) and (K) (being page 6, lines 1 through 12, inclusive,
of the proposed bill), as per the item veto attached hereto.
