DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: BEING ALL OF A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY
KRICK OF MD. AS RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, LIBER 1890,
FOLIO 195. A 7-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT THE
INTERSECTION OF RT. 214 AND SHOREHAM BEACH ROAD.

(R) MAP NO. 32 V BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED
AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON
SAID MAP AS " (E-25)" :

CHANGE THE MARGIE OWEN PROPERTY FROM R2—
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO CIB— COMMUNITY RETAIL
DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT A POINT ON
THE WEST SIDE OF MAYO ROAD, SAID POINT BEING
FURTHER LOCATED NORTHWESTERLY 807.50 FEET, MORE
OR LESS, FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF CARR'S WHARF ROAD;
THENCE RUNNING FROM SAID BEGINNING POINT SO FIXED
AND LEAVING MAYO ROAD AND RUNNING WITH THE
SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF THE CONVEYANCE FROM
HARRY ORME AND CORA ORME, HIS WIFE, TO MARGIE

ERTY LINE AND RUNNING THROUGH THE CONVEYANCE
TO MARGIE OWEN AND ALONG THE HEAVY COMMERCIAL
ZONE LINE E-111, NORTH 25 DEGREES, 10 MINUTES WEST
105.0 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF
